I’m a Level 3 YMCA qualified Pilates Intructor. I think what I loved most about Pilates when I first started was the way my mind switched into sharpened focus on the Instructor and each movement. It gave me a sense of peace and calm – it’s great for a busy mind! I also love the fact it enhances other exercise so much such as weights, running or tennis, to name just a few.
I offer mixed level Mat based Pilates classes in Hove. I like to use a variety of props such as Pilates balls, resistance bands and resistance rings. I vary my classes and offer layered exercises, so each class is a challenge and you never feel bored!
